Repatriation Flights

As we are fully aware the effects COVID-19 is having worldwide and in Equatorial Guinea, with self-isolating, work and social restrictions, also the suspension of flights in and out of Malabo, it is placing employers and their employees in extremely difficult situations. Elite’s priority is their employees, their safety and well-being, that is why Elite’s Construcciones S.L. Director Mrs. Marisol Ovono Nchama has taken the steps to charter two flights.

On 22nd April 2020, two Repatriation chartered flights left Malabo, one flying to Manila (The Philippines) and one flying to Stansted (The UK):

DX2522 SSG STN  62 PASSENGERS / ET8851 SSG MNL  179 PASSENGERS

This took immense effort and organization in arranging, Two Chartered Aircrafts, legalities and authorizations. Weeks of daily liaisons and negotiations commenced. Finally, with the help and guidance of The Ministries and Ambassadors in West Africa, Overseas and Expatriate Workers were onboard the two repatriation flights sponsored by Elite Construcciones S.L., which left safely carrying workers from, ELITE, AMPCO, EGLNG, GEPSING, FTF, ExxonMobil, Fluor, Trident, Schlumberger, Siemens, ChampionX, Alduco, Wood Group and Hexagon.
