Coating Condition Surveys

Surface preparation via a multitude of methods to accommodate all situations internally and externally:

• Mechanical descaling (chipping/scraping/needle guns/deck mower)
• Dry grit blast (several grit types available to suit)
• Slurry blasting (combination of grit and water to suit)
• High pressure water blasting
• Ultra High Pressure water blasting (40,000psi)

Coating:

Elite are not associated to any coating manufacturer

Able to apply coatings from all manufacturers including but not limited to:

• Jotun
• Euronavy
• International
• Hempel
• Any other as per customer specification

Tank Work:

• Tank de-mucking in all tanks for removal of any material – Including NORM
• Tank surface cleaning
• Tank surface preparation (as above)
• Tank coating (as above)

Access solutions utilizing our highly experienced access team:

• Full scaffolding, internally and externally
• Rope access
• Cradling, internally and externally
